About 'Client Web'

Whether you are a new or exisiting 'Client Web' user, access is available 24 hours a day. 

'Client Web' is an online case access system that enables users to access and view cases in realtime regarding the progress of their recovery cases placed with PS&P. Features of 'Client Web' include:

• Unlimited access to check on the current status of your cases.
• Facilities to send new case instructions, messages, case hold requests, returns, release of previous holds, printing of specific case information data and the ability to send secure e-mails relating to a particular case.
• Data retrieval of the history of a case, current case status, payment information, 'live' debt recovery action in progress and corresponding information relating to a specific cases.
